By using this website and requesting service from Lone Star Air Solutions, you agree to the following terms.

Estimates & pricing

All prices shown (for example, “from $150”) are starting points and may vary based on your system, parts, and the scope of work. We provide a flat-rate quote for your specific job before any work begins, and we do not proceed until you approve it.

Same-day service

Same-day service applies to requests booked before noon and is subject to technician availability and weather or safety conditions. We will always tell you the earliest realistic arrival window.

Diagnostic fee

The $49 diagnostic fee is credited toward your repair when you approve the work during the same visit.

Warranty

We back our labor for one year. Equipment is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, up to ten years on qualifying systems. “Fixed right or we come back free” applies to the same repair under normal operating conditions.

Financing

Financing offers (such as “as low as $89/month”) are available with approved credit through third-party lenders. Terms, rates, and approval are determined by the lender.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or issues outside the scope of the approved work.
